With whole-body cryotherapy you can experience healing benefits, such as decreased inflammation from toxin removal, improvements in mood as a result of serotonin increase. In addition, you will burn between 400-600 calories during warm up and increase your collagen production resulting in improvements with numerous skin conditions.
You can get benefits from just one session of cryotherapy, but it’s most effective when used regularly. Some athletes use cryotherapy twice a day. Others will go daily for 10 days and then once a month afterwards.

Before Your Arrive
Make sure your body is free of any oils or lotions. You must be dry before entering cryo chamber.
Upon Your Arrival
If this is your first time, we will welcome you and show you around. Education is the first step. We will ask a few questions to make sure cryotherapy is right for you. You will provide us with some details about yourself and sign a waiver.
Entering Cryo Room
Our staff will provide you with socks, slippers, rope and gloves. If you wish your own, feel free to do so. We will give you time to change while we get the machine ready.
Don't forget to wear underwear made of natural fabric.
Once You Are In
Then the operator lifts the elevator until your shoulders are level with the upper cut of the cabin. When nitrogen vapors and air mix fills the cabin, you will start moving slowly every 15 seconds. The enclosure will drop to between negative 200–300°F. You will feel the most cold in your feet, but your body core temperature will remain unchanged. Also, the skin temperature does not drop below 40°F.
Meanwhile, our staff will monitors the session. The session takes 2-3 minutes. When the session is over, the lift platform automatically moves down.
After a Session
Your body will react and you will start experiencing cryotherapy benefits immediately.
